Lubrication
- Lubricate idler bearings
- Lubricate track guides
- Lubricate track surfaces
- Lubricate manual overrides
- Lubricate any other moving components as needed
Cleaning & Debris Removal
- Wipe down shutter slats
- Clean posts and service panels
- Remove debris from tracks
- Remove mud daubers, frogs, palm rats, and other creatures that can interfere with shutter operation
Hurricane Readiness Check
Before we leave, every shutter will be tested to ensure proper operation and readiness for hurricane season.
